Indian Trails and Summerland Both in the Books

We have had 2 great events at very well maintained Courses. Both Indian Trails at Beemer and Summerland at Ewing were really fun to play. The food was excellent and the competition extremely competitive.

Next up is going to be the stretch run of  good 18 hole Courses, FairPlay in Norfolk, Quail Run in Columbus, and the Finale at Wayne CC. These 3 Tournaments will determine the NENSGA Senior Cup Champion and the 4 other Members who will share the year end Money. The current standings thru Ewing have been posted, please take a look. There is the potential of 75 points up for grabs and too many scenarios to test the best math major. In other words, “Show Me The Money” for several lucky winners.

Remember, you can’t win if you don’t play! There are still a few openings at Both Quail Run and Wayne, get your entries in Now to make sure you have a shot at the Season ending honors.

Laurel was the site for 88 NENSGA golfers to compete on a beautiful Nebraska Day. Leroy Hansen and Rob Howell posted a smooth 66 to top the scores. As is always the case, many players shot well, and there were ties everywhere. One putt, a bad chip, an errant tee shot could make the difference.

We are off to Indian Trails at Beemer this coming Thursday. It is always a hilite for me because of the beautiful Course and amazing Scenery. If you have never played this Course, it is a must play in Northeast Nebraska. We still have a few openings, send your entry in today!

The Senior Cup race is coming down the stretch and it looks like 2nd thru 5th places are all in play. Men, there is $$$ to be had, so make sure you are in the remaining Tournaments to give you the best odds of claiming one of the prizes. After Beemer, we have Summerland @ Ewing, Fair Play in Norfolk, Quail run in Columbus, and our finale in Wayne. Drive safe and hope to see you at all these fine venues.
