WOW!! Summerland goes Low

What a day at Summerland in Ewing. A full half of the field (18 teams) shot par or lower, which  I believe is a record. Then Jim Lund and Doug Pinkley shot 10 under 62 to tie the record for the lowest round in NENSGA history. Congrats to all!! The Course was great ,the food was as good as it always is when Doretta hosts us.

Next up is a new venue for NENSGA at Plainview. Let’s show them how NENSGA can turn out for this First time track. Get your entries in early. I will stop by this week to see what their cart situation is and report back if there is a limit. Keep checking this page for any new details.

Only 2 tournaments left and the NENSGA SENIOR CUP is really tightening up. The top 5 slots are all going to be contested right down to the last hole as it has been the last couple of years. Remember, we pay 5 places at the end of the year, so plan your strategy well. I have up-dated the current points , so check it out. Travel safe, and we will see y’all in Plainview.

Randolph in the Books, Ewing is Next.

Another great day for a tournament at Randolph. The scoring was really good, it took a 64 to win the 1st Flight. The turn out was good , the food was good, life at NENSGA is good.

Ewing-Summerland is up next. A fantastic Course always in superb shape and always challenging. Dorretta will have  one of the best meals in the rotation, she always does! I will post again concerning the cart availability, it has been close the last couple of tournaments there. I will talk with Dorretta on Friday and post any announcement right away. Get your entries in early for this event, it is one of the best we have, and carts may be limited.

The points will be posted on the NENSGA CUP Page within the next hour or so, so check it out. Only 3 Tournaments left. Remember, we pay down 5 places, so even if you seem out of the running for the Cup, you still may have a chance at some cash!! Do the Math and play the Game!!!!

A Soggy Tale At Pender, Randolph Bekons!

Pender is in the books, while we needed the moisture, it sure could of held off for a few hours. But really, we never got soaked by any means, and the golf is always good no matter the weather, Right? The Course played well and was in great shape,It took 6 under to win the Ist flight, 74 to win the 2nd flight, and 80 to win the 3rd. Congrats to all the winners and Point earners. Speaking of points earners, the up to date NENSGA Senior Cup Points are up-dated, check it out. Another horse race Gentlemen.

If you have not played Randolph, Please plan to attend, it is a really good track and is challenging. It will take some good scores to contend, and those scores are out there for Sure.
